Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst

Location: New York New York 10020 (Hybrid)

As a Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst, you will:
In this role you will support a full life cycle recruiter covering our Markets Division.
You will help us to identify and reach the best talent across a diverse slate of professionals and ensure a smooth recruiting process by developing relationships with candidates and key stakeholders in the hiring process.
You will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team helping Client realize its growth strategy.
Contribute to the recruitment of Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals through high touch collaboration with our senior recruiter
Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media and various other recruiting tools and initiatives
Utilize social media, event management, job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking to generate a diverse candidate pool
Aggregate and review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offer terms and provide continuous feedback to everyone involved
Collaborate with HR business partners, attorneys, and other stakeholders to effectively and smoothly onboard candidates
Proactively build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for repeat positions to shorten future recruitment cycle
Maintain and update Job Requisition and Applicant Tracking Systems to produce progress reports and other useful recruitment metrics


The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or another related field
2+ years of experience supporting recruiters within the financial services industry, preferably in Fixed Income or Equities; Agency experience preferred
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting related applications

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35 - $42 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
