Job Description:

In-Home RBT opportunity in the Toms River, NJ area!

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

  • Experience working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check (Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities is a plus)!
    
    Skills:
    • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
    • Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software
    • Ability to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively
    • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
