Job Description:
A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst - Medical Cost
Economics (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed actuarial and financial models for decision-making
and strategy development
Apply analytical and statistical software tools to summarize
healthcare data and derive insights
Assist in forecasting financial results and identifying medical
cost improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science,
economics, or a related field
Some experience in statistical analysis or actuarial work is
preferred
One or more actuarial examinations passed and actively pursuing SOA
certification
Completion of VEE credits or comparable courses in economics,
finance, and statistics is preferred
Internship or relevant experience in healthcare, actuarial, or data
analysis is a strong preference
