Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document Sales teams' CRM needs
Assist in the design and optimization of sales territory coverage and compensation plans
Utilize advanced analytics to provide insights into sales performance and trends

Required Qualifications

Experience in commercial operations analysis focusing on sales analytics
Knowledge of sales compensation plan design and analysis
Experience designing and implementing sales dashboards and reports
Extensive experience with Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
