Description:
As a Learning and Development (L&D) Professional you will :-
Support the creation of engaging learning content, including courses, toolkits, guides, and microlearning assets.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly materials.
Coordinate course logistics such as scheduling, platform setup, participant communications, and feedback collection.
Manage learning platforms (LMS/LXP) to publish, track, and report on course participation and effectiveness.
Maintain and update learning resources to ensure alignment with evolving tools, practices, and organizational needs.
Support live and virtual training sessions as a facilitator or producer when needed.
Gather learner feedback and performance data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement of learning programs.


Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of previous work experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field.
Candidate must have previous work experience with large scale learning programs in execution.
Candidate must have strong project management experience.
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
Familiarity with learning content development tools and technologies (For example, articulate rise)
Preferred experience GEN AI tools, (ChatGPT, copilot).
Strong project management, verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills sets, PowerPoint, Excel (VLOOKUP) minimum 2 years' experience.


Deal Breakers:
Does not have L&D work experience, do not submit.


Ideal Candidate :
Will need at least 2+ years of work experience in Learning & Development and/or instructional design; Candidate must have previous work experience with large scale learning programs in execution, along with strong Project Management experience; Needs to be hands-on with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP); Strong MS Office suite of applications experience; If they have experience working with GEN AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.), it'll be a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $28 per hour > OR $30 per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
