Their key responsibilities are:

• Overseeing the project to ensure work is done correctly and follows the plans.
• Creating and managing schedules, making sure everyone is on time and materials are delivered when needed.
• Supervising workers and subcontractors, helping them solve problems and stay on track.
• Ensuring safety by enforcing safety rules and holding meetings to prevent accidents.
• Checking the quality of the work to ensure it meets the required standards.ProfileThe successful Construction Project Manager will have the following:

• 2+ years of Commercial Construction Experience Commercial project experience
• OSHA-30 Certification preferred
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities
• Strong decision making/problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
