As a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, I assist physicians in conducting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while ensuring patient education and support. With 1-3 years of critical care experience, I possess strong skills in EKG interpretation, IV certification, and excel in fast-paced environments. My role requires on-call availability, and I hold a valid NJ RN license with a preferred CCRN or RCIS credential.

Position Summary: - Assist physicians and allied healthcare staff in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiac/endovascular procedures. Utilizes knowledge of pathophysiology to ensure patients are prepared/educated/supported during procedures. A strong critical care experience to recognize/handle emergency situations. On Call availability is required.
Experience:
Required: 1-3 years Critical Care experience and or Cath Lab experience. BLS and ACLS. EKG interpretation.
Preferred: Previous Cath Lab experience.
Education: -Diploma/Associates degree required. - -BSN is preferred.
License and Credentials: - -NJ RN license required. - -CCRN or RCIS is preferred.
Skills:
Required: IV certification, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, flexibility, diplomacy, tact, foresight. Performs well in high stress, fast paced environment.
Preferred: Sterile technique, preparing for sterile procedures.
Bi-Weekly Hours: 80 hours
Work Schedule: M - F - 7 am - 5:30 pm
