Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Manager (Remote) to cultivate
strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related
matters, providing daily support and guidance
Lead the implementation of new plans and specific product offerings
for clients
Develop and implement client renewal strategies to strengthen
client partnerships
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of direct client/account management experience in the
healthcare or PBM industries
Ability to interpret current healthcare trends and issues affecting
client strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM
experience is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with varying daily
duties
Proactively stay current with pharmacy and industry initiatives
