Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Training Manager to oversee
the development and evaluation of training programs for clinical
and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of training programs through various
modalities
Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess training program
effectiveness
Ensure compliance of training programs with regulatory requirements
and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in clinical or non-clinical operations-based
learning and development
4+ years of experience leading and developing direct reports
3+ years of experience designing and delivering training
programs
3+ years of experience managing complex projects
2+ years of experience analyzing data to drive program
effectiveness
