Advisor Productivity Program Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Advisor Productivity Program Manager to drive sales and enhance productivity within financial advisor practices.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage key programs related to business planning, advisor restoration, and productivity workshops
Oversee the production process of training content, including scheduling and compliance approval
Utilize analytics to guide program design and foster partnerships across various corporate functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
5-7+ years of experience in the financial services industry with project management experience
Deep knowledge of financial advisor culture and practices
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
