Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager to support USAID in a
leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the program's Monitoring, Evaluation, and
Learning (MEL) strategy
Develop MEL frameworks, tools, and systems to track program
progress and outcomes
Conduct evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact
Required Qualifications
The ability to obtain a public trust
At least 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, with
a minimum of 5 years in a senior MEL role on USAID-funded
programs
Bachelor's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social
Sciences, or a related field
Expertise in MEL methodologies and tools, strong analytical and
data management skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
