Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Manager
to deliver high-quality service to clients in a team
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer client inquiries related to insurance billing, coverage,
claims, and other concerns
Maintain accurate client and policy data within company systems
Support client satisfaction and retention through effective service
delivery and collaboration
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service or claims
management experience, or a High School degree/GED with 3+ years of
experience
Insurance Producer's license
Proficiency in using technology to enhance productivity
Experience in managing client relationships or customer service
preferred
Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance is advantageous
