Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of U.S. Programs to
lead and drive strategic initiatives in climate change and equity
programming.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the US Programs team and ensure successful implementation
of programs aligned with the strategic plan
Lead business development and fundraising efforts, aiming for an
annual cash-in goal of $3-5 million
Champion a culture of active participation and engagement within
the organization
Required Qualifications
Minimum of fifteen years in non-profit program management,
including five years in senior leadership roles
Experience managing US Government Grants
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, public policy,
nonprofit management, or a related field
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage
high-performing teams
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a deep
understanding of anti-oppressive frameworks
