Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Private Listing's cheesesteak shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and direction to help promote team growth and development.
  • Ensure the shop is operating at optimal levels, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Be approachable and available to your teammates, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the execution of business processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
    • Financial Management:
      • Participate in regular financial reviews, monitoring budgets and expenses to ensure the shop's financial health.
      • Customer Relationship Management:
        • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements:
          • Experience in high-volume restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
          • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, with a focus on team development and growth.
          • Experience with restaurant financials, labor costs, inventory management, and budgeting.
          • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and vendors.
          • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
          • Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
