*Responsibilities for Year 1:*
* Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals.
* Learn how to attract and build a team.
* Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 6, Series 63

*Responsibilities for Year 2:*
* Explore leadership and mentor roles.
* Continue running your own Financial Planning Practice.
* Further your personal education with continued licensing.

*Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement *are unique to the individual and within their control; this will be discussed in the interview process. You are in the driver seat. You decide where this goes long term, with our support.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
